Friendly, efficient experience every time

I was referred to Dr. Chen from my cousin and I've been really happy. Her office staff is so friendly and they are always right on schedule, very quick and efficient, and never try to "sell" me on needing unnecessary work done. This past visit, I had to re-schedule about 3 times and they were so friendly and accommodating about it. I love how easy and painless (in every way) my dental appts. are with Dr. Chen's office.

Best Staff Ever!!

I love going here to get my teeth cleaned. The staff is always a pleasure to see and talk with. I had the first appt of the day on a Saturday and I was in and out in 40 minutes (could have been 30 if i hadn't talked so much :)

Excellent. For a year I had switched to a different dentist. I came back because Dr. Chen and her staff are superior. With monthly Saturday office hours, they are now even more convenient!

I'm always greeted warmly and BY NAME. Katie makes me feel right at home. And Heidi may be the best hygenist I've ever had. She's gentle and does a beautiful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Chen is so kind, and she always answers any question I might have. A++!!!

Quickly in and out service..that I like..very friendly and easy to talk to..usually very busy and efficient.. a softer chair would feel more confortable..that way I could sleep thru the appointment...Kenney
